  1. Repair and troubleshoot electronic components

  2. Receive and inspect customer returns per process.

  3. Data entry in spreadsheets and databases.

  4. Communicate with customer at a technical level via email and web application.

  5. Manage transactions through ERP systems and or other web based systems

  6. Mechanical disassembly/reassembly of customer units down to the PCB level.

  7. Troubleshoot and test customer products to the component level using digital multi-meter, power supplies and customer testing system (Spider) as required on the path to diagnosing and repairing product

  8. SMT Soldering of components using a hot air rework station and soldering iron on customer equipment.

  9. Research inconsistencies and correcting if necessary.

  10. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds required.

  11. Operate within standard operating procedures as defined in the business’s production manuals.

  12. Consistent follow up on unresolved warranty and out-of-stock issues.

  13. Flexibility to work on special returns

  14. Multitask multiple projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
