Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet established quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, processes, and finished products to verify compliance with company and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality compliance.
• Use measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check product dimensions and specifications.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and report them to the quality team.
• Document inspection results, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP).
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Quality Management or related field is a plus).
• 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in [manufacturing, food, automotive, etc.].
• Familiarity with quality standards, specifications, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems is a plus.
