1st: 5AM-5PM 2nd: 5PM-5AM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to fabricate parts according to specifications. Utilize programming skills to set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance. Perform electrical discharge machining as needed for specific projects. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet strict tolerances. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files using SolidWorks or similar software. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production processes and product quality. Employ hand tools effectively for assembly and finishing tasks. Experience Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in programming CNC machines; familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex blueprints and technical documents. Experience with electrical discharge machining is a plus. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques for quality assurance. Ability to fabricate components from various materials while adhering to safety standards.
