Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and systems engineering, with the ability to design, build, and analyze complex systems. The Engineer will play a crucial role in driving projects forward and ensuring high-quality outcomes through effective root cause analysis and system design. Responsibilities Design and develop engineering solutions based on project requirements and specifications. Utilize GD&T principles to create accurate schematics and technical drawings. Conduct data collection and analysis to inform design decisions and improve system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various engineering disciplines into cohesive project plans. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues in existing systems and propose effective solutions. Engage in quantum engineering projects, applying advanced concepts to enhance system capabilities. Build prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs against performance criteria. Document engineering processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in systems engineering principles. Familiarity with GD&T standards and their application in design documentation. Proficiency in scripting languages for automation of tasks and data analysis. Strong skills in data collection methodologies and tools for effective project execution. Experience with root cause analysis techniques to troubleshoot engineering challenges. Ability to design complex systems with a focus on functionality, reliability, and efficiency. Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail.
