The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment (motors, wiring), ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the overall functionality of our shop environment. Responsibilities Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical issues. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines. Experience Proven experience working with power tools and hand tools in a shop or maintenance environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
