We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions. Inspect, test, and calibrate mechanical components to ensure they function efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts inventory. Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and departments to resolve mechanical failures. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when needed.
