We’re currently seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative with strong interpersonal and clerical skills. This role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (approx 32 hrs a week)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Class C state driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past three (3) years
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move boxes of paper
- Proficiency typing at 35 words per minute
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, tickets, and various documents
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously
- Greet and assist members of the public, directing inquiries appropriately
- Support department operations with general administrative assistance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Proficient in business English, spelling, grammar, and arithmetic
- Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of sitting for extended periods and using a keyboard for 70% of the time
