Stand-up Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. Load and unload trucks and trailers. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Assist with inventory control and cycle counts. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines. Support general warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a stand-up forklift operator. Valid forklift certification/license (or ability to obtain). Ability to operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently. Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Ability to lift up to [50lbs] and perform physical tasks throughout shift. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures. Standing, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift. PPE (safety vest, steel-toe shoes, etc.) required.
