Must have 1+ years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to work unsupervised, efficiently and safely. Ability to learn, and perform all duties required of the position. Demonstrated ability of cooperation, leadership and willingness to assist fellow employees in a team-based work environment. Job Purpose This position is concerned with a variety of areas in our Manufacturing facility. The priority is to maintain production flow, i.e., batching, overlooking line, packing, machine operation, etc., and the quality of products on the production floor. Must be able to work unsupervised, efficiently and safely. Ability to learn, and perform all duties required of the position. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and techniques for optimal manufacture and distribution of goods required.
