Their core duties include accurately measuring and loading ingredients, following specific recipes, and adjusting machine settings for optimal blending and quality. They are also responsible for routine equipment maintenance, quality control checks, maintaining detailed production records, and adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and consistent output. Key Responsibilities Operate Mixing Equipment: Start, monitor, and stop various mixing machines according to production schedules and recipes. Ingredient Handling: Accurately measure, weigh, and load raw materials into the mixers. Quality Control: Perform checks on the mixed products to ensure they meet specific standards and adjust machine settings as needed. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of mixing machinery to ensure optimal performance. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of batch information, ingredient usage, production data, and any operational issues. Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality control teams to address problems, improve processes, and maintain production flow. Work Area Management: Keep the mixing area, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitized. Essential Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in measuring and monitoring the blending process. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various mixing equipment and basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
