MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES:
Supervise and organize the work schedules of the assigned personnel to maximize performance.
Manage the completion of all repairs on plant equipment, building, and grounds in a timely and cost effective manner.
Direct capital improvement or other projects from job bid to commissioning as directed by the Operations Manager or other Management.

Experienced Forklift Operators
1 year minimum of stand up and sit down forklift experience
Experience in production environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the duration of the shift (8 to 12 hours)
Be able to work in fast paced production environment
Production / Assembly Experience
Shift schedule:
Shifts (12-hour swing shift, rotating every 2 weeks between days and nights) 7-7
Material Handler / Forklift Operator
Requirements:
• MUST have at least 1 year of RECENT sit down forklift experience in a production environment
• Must be okay with being on the forklift 50% of the time and helping production other 50%
• Must be able to stand at work station for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to pass a written and test drive forklift test
