Control Panel Wiring Technician

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00 (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview: You will use blueprints/schematics to install wires inside metal control panels of various sizes and designs accurately and within a specified time frame to meet customer requirements.

Position Description:

• Assembly, wiring, and testing of various LV control panels based on wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and specifications.
• Fabrication of UL-508A Industrial Control Panels
• Understanding of electrical circuits to include PLC’s, Ethernet networking, instrumentation, and controls.
• Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.
• Utilize engineering documentation (bill of materials, panel layouts) and electrical schematics to ensure a compliant and fully functioning panel/control.
• Read the basic wiring diagram and install low-voltage wiring in the control panel based on the diagram.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to read electrical schematics.
• Must have 3+ years of electrical control panel wiring experience.
• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Spanish speaking okay
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
