Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 (Depending on Experience)
Position Description
- Operate, perform routine maintenance, and sometimes repair machinery associated with Production Operations to maintain equipment excellence
- Utilize Management Information Systems for accurate data capture of all customer jobs
- Properly read work orders to ensure accurate Production of all work
- Compare printed mail pieces to audits in Job Jackets to ensure customer work is correct and accurate before proceeding to shipping
- Report any errors or damaged pieces quickly and accurately to the Leadership Team for assessment
- Responsible for the cleanliness of their work area and equipment each day and throughout the operation of the equipment
- Position Requirements:
- Well-versed in dealing with technology, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn
- Ability to Partner with Others Successfully
- Basic Knowledge of Print, Mail, and Shipping Processes
- Self-Motivated and Resourceful
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs of materials as needed
- Able to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Driven to Accomplish Data-Driven Metric Goals for Production Equipment
