Maintenance

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 

Position Description:

• Pick up dirty linens from various residential properties, launder them at a local laundromat, and return clean linens to the office (approx. 3–4 hours/day).

• Assist with lawn mowing and basic yard care on a weekly basis.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, light fixture replacement, minor plumbing and electrical work, and basic carpentry.

• Clean a small office space weekly (approx. 2 hours/week), including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and trash removal.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Basic English communication skills

• Valid Texas driver’s license, personal transportation, and a clean driving record

• Must use personal vehicle to travel between job sites (mileage will be reimbursed)
