Painter

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (or until finished)
Pay Rate: $16.00

Position Description:
Prepare cabinets and components by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming surfaces.
Apply stains, sealers, and paint finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Follow safety procedures and comply with company standards.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals.

Position Requirements:
Prior experience in cabinet painting, wood finishing, or a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finish application.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physically capable of standing, lifting, and handling cabinetry components throughout the shift.
