Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hours pending)
Pay Rate: $16.00
Position Description:
Assist in the daily production of handcrafted footballs
Perform tasks such as cutting leather, lacing, stamping, gluing, shaping, and inspecting footballs
Operate basic hand tools and machinery used in the football manufacturing process
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production efficiency
Follow safety guidelines and production standards
Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Position Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction from team leaders
