Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00

Position Description:

  • Lead 4-hour orientations for groups of 20–80 employees

  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and employee records

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Accurately maintain records in ADP Workforce and manage onboarding through ADP Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Provide general HR support as needed

Position Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of previous HR experience

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce and ADP Onboarding

  • Moderate Excel skills, including basic formulas and data input

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and leadership potential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods

  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Business casual dress code

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must pass E-Verify, criminal background check, and drug test
