Maintenance Technician

Position Description: Set up and operate HFFS machines to package products into pouches, bags, or other containers Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, sealing parameters, and other operational variables based on product specifications Will be doing inspections to ensure the finished product meets the required specifications ( weight, seal integrity, packaging appearance.) Will issue any related to the packaging process, such as incorrect seals, product misplacements, or machine malfunctions Will be doing routine quality checks and documenting results to maintain consistent quality standards Will be performing preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure the machine runs smoothly Load packaging materials( films, labels) into the machine, and make sure the material is feeding correctly to avoid jams Maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and communicate any shortages or issues to the supervisor Complete and maintain accurate production logs, including machine performance downtime, product quality checks, and any incidents Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding production status, machine performance, or any other issues Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
