Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.50
Position Description:
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production/packaging areas, restrooms, break rooms, and offices
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., scrubbers, pressure washers, floor polishers)
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste segregation
Assist with minor maintenance tasks — changing light bulbs, etc.
Stock cleaning supplies and basic consumables (e.g., hand soap, paper towels, trash bags)
Maintain accurate logs of tasks, supplies used, and issues reported
Report safety concerns or facility issues to management promptly
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or utility cleaning
Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to ~50 lb, standing/shoveling/lifting for hours)
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow OH&S standards
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
