Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00

Position Description:

  • Handle inbound customer requests and provide high-quality customer service

  • Identify, evaluate, and solve customer problems

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

  • Follow up to ensure resolution

  • Be the main point of contact for all logistics needs, such as quoting, booking, and handling any issues

  • Be proactive in all aspects of the position

  • Coordinate internal teams and keep everyone updated promptly

  • Perform other tasks as needed

Position Requirements:

  • High school degree required; college is a plus

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Strong phone contact skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
