Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00
Position Description:
Handle inbound customer requests and provide high-quality customer service
Identify, evaluate, and solve customer problems
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow up to ensure resolution
Be the main point of contact for all logistics needs, such as quoting, booking, and handling any issues
Be proactive in all aspects of the position
Coordinate internal teams and keep everyone updated promptly
Perform other tasks as needed
Position Requirements:
High school degree required; college is a plus
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
