Description: Customer service Rep - health software company hiring a Health Software Vendor Support Representative. This person is the first point of contact between clients and company. Responsible for routing all calls and emails to appropriate parties. Majority of work will be done through email so must be extremely proficient in MS Office as well as with web. Although administrative duties are a part of this position, ultimately the position will be assuming responsibility in the training of new clients and ongoing support of existing clients in the use of the company’s software, primarily through phone and email support. Experience in the adjudication of health claims and/or billing and administration for a payer as well as knowledge of Access and SQL is preferred; however, the company will train on their specific software.
