Pay Rate/Range: $12 + shift differential
Start Date: ASAP
Description: Responsibilities include handle incoming customer help desk calls, documentation on installation of POS system, return of loaner equipment, tickets on customer order of supplies, maintain customer store records, and other duties as requested by supervisor.
Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, trouble shooting skills and phone etiquette. Basic understanding of Windows and DOS, ability to follow directions and be proficient in data entry.
Attire: Business Casual
Duration: Direct hire - full benefit packing including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, paid sick time and more.
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift positions available - could be partial 2nd shift and partial 3rd shift - will need to be available to work between 7pm and 8am
Schedule: Varies but typically Monday - Friday
