Description: Assistant Human Resource Manager
Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process payroll and benefits administration.
Assist with creating and enforcing policies and ensuring compliance throughout the company.
Review and update websites for job openings and closings.
Review applications and coordinate communications with candidates, schedule and assist with interviews.
New hire onboarding including new hire forms as well as enrollments.
Maintain confidential personnel files and personal actions.
Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretations of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to payroll/time& attendance software questions, corrections, changes, reports and updates.
Perform audit of and communicate with directors fro updates to job descriptions as necessary.
Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
Be a Core Values ambassador for the HR department. Display and command excellent representation of company values to all Employees in serving our customers and interaction of each other.
Skills & Abilities Required:
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and guidelines with ability to research questions.
Strong ability to listen and ask questions
Attentive to deadlines and detail.
Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
Ability to train, coach, engage and empower others.
Willingness and capacity to grow and learn.
Proactive leadership with a teamwork attitude.
Maintains employee confidence and protects the company b keeping HR information confidential.
Experience & Qualifications:
Degree in related field preferred but not required.
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in HR or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
