Pay Rate/Range: $17.00/hr
Description: Customer Service position managing properties.
Time is spent both in the office and out of the office on property
Answering phones throughout the day
Daily emails to residents, Board members and vendors
On-call for club house/pool once every 10-12 weeks (rotates between Community Managers and on-call runs from a Monday through Sunday and does require weekend hours)
Ensure great customer service is provided to all homeowners and Board members for every community
Resolve and answer homeowner and Board members complaints and questions
Community/property inspections in company vehicle for every property assigned
Scheduling property maintenance, soliciting bids for maintenance (working with current and new vendors)
Manage community maintenance projects from start to finish
Maintaining records, reports and files for each community
Attend community/board meetings at night, (1-4 meetings per week)
Responsible for creating and mailing out proper notices to homeowners
Job Requirements: Customer service skills, phone skills, computer Skills – including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook. Applicant must be able to walk long distances throughout the properties as needed and must have a valid Driver's License.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm; Some evening hours anywhere from 1-4 nights a week for board meetings.
