Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr
Description: Seeking a Customer Account Manager for a local aircraft facility to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service. This Customer Account Manager role involves answering customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and providing accurate information about their services. The Customer Account Manager acts as a knowledgeable liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, timely delivery, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer questions and providing accurate service information, collecting and analyzing customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure all requirements are met. This role communicates customer needs to production, shipping, and planning teams, tracks and expedites orders to ensure on-time delivery, and resolves complaints with follow-up to guarantee satisfaction. Additionally, the representative contributes to process improvements, maintains productivity and quality standards while managing approximately 50 customer accounts, and handles incoming calls to coordinate shipping or production details.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments, and a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of aerospace metal finishing processes is a plus.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
