Print Set Up and Operator2nd shift Available Pay $19.50 Hours: 2:30pm to 11pm TRANINING ON FIRST SHIFT 1-2 WEEKS 6am-2:30pm. Responsibilities: Print Setup and Operation: Set up and prepare prin6ng equipment, such as large format printers, digital printers, or other printing machines, ensuring correct media, ink, and settings based on job specifications. Load materials and review printing parameters to ensure optimal print quality and adherence to specifications. Monitor print runs to ensure proper ink coverage, color fidelity, and alignment. Refill ink reservoirs as needed. Maintain job records in M1 software tool. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks throughout the prin6ng process to verify print accuracy, color consistency, and resolution. Make necessary adjustments or troubleshoot issues with proper management approvals related to print quality, such as ink flow, image registration, or media alignment. Collaborate with the produc6on and quality control teams to address any deviations or defects promptly. Inspect print items for ink buildup and ink run-out. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct rou6ne maintenance tasks on prin6ng equipment, including cleaning, calibrating, and replacing consumables as needed. Inform Management as soon as possible common printer malfunctions, such as printhead clogs or jams, to minimize down6me. Coordinate with Supervisor/Lead for more complex repairs or technical issues. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Follow all relevant regulations and guidelines, including equipment safety and proper handling of hazardous materials.
