Willing to teach some of the job and pay more based on performance
Requirements:
Proficiency in operating 3-axis mills
Experience with lathe live tooling
Know how to read G codes, with the capability to interpret and troubleshoot machining programs.
Familiarity with optimizing speeds and feeds for efficient machining processes.
