We are seeking a Process Technician for setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting production processes to ensure quality parts are produced according to specifications.
24.00$/Hr
Monday – Friday
2pm - 10pm
Duties & Responsibilities
• Review production schedule and confirm job priorities with supervisor.
• Verify mold readiness with the mold setter and confirm correct material in the hopper.
• Obtain the Job Packet, follow the Process Parameter Sheet, and record any changes; notify Special Projects for significant updates.
• Submit the first production shot to Quality for inspection and approval.
• Clean machine area after each process (materials, scrap, trash).
• Notify production lead/operator once parts are approved and running correctly.
• Respond promptly to machine alarms, troubleshoot, and restart equipment. Prioritize down machines.
• Provide Quality with first shots after mold repairs or downtime for re-approval.
• Correct reported defects (short shots, flash, splay, sink, etc.) and resubmit for Quality approval.
• Record and report all scrap daily.
• Maintain safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Test
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S
Note: All parts must be approved by Quality Control — Process Technicians ensure proper setup and adjustments but final approval rests with QC.
