Requirements
- Can pass a drug test
- Background check
- 5 years experience in a dealership
- Prefer dealer trained CNH, Vermeer, Massey Ferguson (AGCO) Or Deere
- Time management skills
- Work cleanliness
- Enjoy troubleshooting
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Troubleshooting engines, hydraulics, electrical and ac systems
- Keep up with paperwork and details
- Customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Explaining mechanical problems and possible solutions to clients
- Planning work and testing procedures using charts, experience and other organizational methods
- Testing parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
- Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
