A.T. Staffing is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician and Compression Molding Technician. These positions are DIRECT HIRE positions for our client located in Kilgore, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection/compression molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds, machinery, and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience operating injection/compression molding machines preferred
- Familiarity with calipers, precision measuring instruments, and hand tools
- Knowledge of plastics blow molding or plastics extrusion processes is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and logic controllers
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Good manual dexterity and ability to assemble parts accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
