Essential Functions 1. Timely, consistent and predictable attendance 2. Safely drive all makes and models of vehicles to various locations during the day, night and inclement weather 3. Work safely; comply with all safety rules, maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area; use shop equipment and tools safely; and wear required personal protective equipment. Report all accidents immediately 4. Meet and exceed productivity and quality requirements 5. Comply with all policy, procedures, job instructions, and safety rules 6. Maintain and properly safeguard all shop tools and equipment 7. Utilize the Pick-to-Light system and computers to pick accessories to be installed 8. Prepare vehicles for installations of accessories and/or install basic to mid-level complex accessories correctly and efficiently on new vehicles 9. Secure correct parts and properly record receipt 10. Use proper equipment and installation techniques 11. Scan bar codes to record installation and relieve parts inventory 12. Remove replaced parts or accessories; safeguard; turn in as required 13. Check completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards 14. Place appropriate printed materials inside specific vehicles
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years or more of warehouse and automotive experience
