Staffing Coordinator

Now hiring Staffing Coordinators to work for Deans Professional Services internally. These positions will serve our healthcare or hospitality staffing team. Our Staffing Coordinators are responsible for recruitment & sourcing, placement, and relationship management.

Staffing Coordinator Job Details

  • Full Time, Long Term Position
  • M-F / 8am 5pm; on-call rotations on the weekends
  • West Houston *position is in office; not remote

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Relationship management with candidates, employees and clients
  • Placement of temporary, temporary-hire, and direct hire opportunities
  • Sourcing / Recruiting / Interview of candidate
  • Assisting clients and candidates in finding a match of both skill and personality to fill open requisitions.
  • Attending job fairs and local professional and association meetings
  • Documentation / Data Entry

Compensation Details

  • Annual Base Salary:  $43,000 – 50,000 commensurate with skills and experience
  • Total Rewards:  Salary, Bonus, Commission, Paid Time Off, Healthcare Benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life, 401(k) matching program, other wellness benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

Staffing Coordinator Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional, temporary and direct hire recruiting and staffing experience
  • 3+ years full cycle (desk) recruiting all levels of candidates including top tier, mid to senior level professional for varieties of industries and clients.
  • Proven experience in candidate pipeline solicitation, development, and placement.
  • Strong LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and Zip Recruiter network
  • Proven experience in meeting placement goals
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Spanish speaking preferred; not required.
  • A+ computer skills / proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma Required
  • TempWorks Software experience a plus / Google docs / sheets experience a plus
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant or Candidate Management systems.
