Powder Coater

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team! You will be responsible for applying powder finishes to various parts, ensuring they meet or exceed our high-quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder finishes to parts and components with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Prepare surfaces for coating, ensuring they are clean and ready for treatment.

• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in powder coating.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical activities, including standing for extended periods.

• Knowledge of safety procedures related to powder coating operations.

• Experience with CARC application is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
