We are seeking a detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Working under the direction of the Shift Lead, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the die cut machine and ensuring the consistent quality of all work produced.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties)

Machine Operation & Setup

• Operate and maintain the die cut machine with minimal assistance.

• Perform all daily die cut duties, including:

• Setting up the die cut scale.

• Retrieving and returning materials (tubes and boxes).

• Pulling lids and putting rolls on and off machines.

• Adjusting die cut registration (up/down/left/right).

• Clean the die cut machine daily.

• Read and understand the traveler for production orders and manage your production schedule.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain the quality of all produced work, with a strong understanding of quality standards and measurement.

• Accurately complete and fill out skid tags, daily paperwork, and material return tags.

• Understand and use the scanning system for product tracking.

• All staff are responsible for reporting any food safety or quality problems to the appropriate supervisor.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts
