Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Type: Full time, 40 hours per week, exempt




Job Description:

Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for development of the Customer Service Professionals (CSP) Critical responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Manage and develop the Navigation team and the Ticket Master team

· Ability to coach, train, and motivate CSP

· Conduct both silent and side-by-side monitoring, provide appropriate feedback, and track progress

· Ensure appropriate quality of all partner/customer interactions via all media: telephone calls, emails, chat, SMS text etc.

· Serve as backup Customer Service Manager for inbound contact center

· Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager


- Pay: 45k-55k depending on experience

- Shift: Monday- Friday 3:30pm-12am





· Effective interpersonal skills enabling strong rapport with all of Client, our clients, and our business partners

· Excellent organizational skills allowing myriad critical tasks to be managed and completed successfully

· Strong process & project management skills, allowing focus and successful multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

· Previous Call Center experience

· Effective and accurate communication skills and compulsive attention to detail

· A passion for success and willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish goals
