The Order Processing Agent is responsible for providing timely initial order processing and answer customer inquiries regarding their account. Processing Agent understands and strives to fulfill goals and objectives, and performs in compliance with company standards for performance by performing the following duties:


* Answer incoming phone calls, process customer orders and answer
* Knowledge of services and ability to explain services and products to customer
* Provide polite and professional service to customers
* Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy in performing job
* Ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
* Meet department productivity and quality standards
* Remain available at his/her workstations throughout shift, with the exception of approved break periods
