  • Maximize productive time, manage assigned work queues and ensure multiple calls are made when appropriate.

  • Professionally handle all calls by listening patiently, understanding customers financial circumstance and providing accurate resolutions.

  • Ensure each interaction is managed effectively by adhering 100% to compliance      standards.

  • Properly notate accounts according to established policies & procedures.

  • Demonstrate effective questioning/listening skills when speaking with customers and third parties

  • Use probing questions and leverage information obtained to ensure productive      collection/skip tracing efforts.

  • Execute according to daily, weekly and monthly goals related to past due accounts.

  • Focus on minimizing company losses (repossessions and charge-offs).

  • Assist customer with information and any account changes needed as appropriate

  • Adhere to the attendance and break policy.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • 3+  years of first party collections experience

  • High School graduate/GED Required

  • PC literacy with Proficiency in Data Entry

  • Available to work Saturdays

  • Understand & execute basic math skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and assertive

  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive communication style
