Position:

  • Customer service for a water damage restoration in Kennesaw, GA; claims intake

  • Receives inbound claims via e-mail and phone, handles high volume of inbound losses from both phone and email, analyzes information and dispatches accordingly

  • Ensures entry of all losses into MICA for tracking

  • Responsible for providing customer service and support to field staff, franchise personnel, 3rd party representatives, adjusters, and policy holders

  • 90% claims intake and dispatch e-mails

  • Always different scenarios, no script

  • Minimal inbound calls, majority inbound e-mails, you will make outbound follow-up calls on all e-mails

  • Maintain a professional manner at all time

 

Requirements:

  • Polished, professional, and motivated individuals

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality

  • Must have 2+ years of call center experience

  • Must have 3+ years of customer service experience

  • Knowledge in the mitigation/restoration industry, preferred

  • Great scores on call center testing

  • Must have e-mail etiquette

 

  • Pay: $14, temp to hire

  • Shifts:

MONDAY- FRIDAY 7am- 4pm,

MONDAY -THURSDAY 7am- 6pm

MONDAY -FRIDAY 12pm-9pm

FRIDAY - SUNDAY 7am-6pm

PT, Saturday- Sunday 8am-5pm
