Administrative support in a manufacturing environment.

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.; assists with scheduling meetings and arranging reservations/lunch orders; prepares mail/packages for delivery; receives and sorts mail; maintains postage meter
  • Supports Operations team by performing tasks related to the department to include conversion efficiency reporting, continuous improvement bookkeeping, whiteboard updates, RT1 paperwork/reporting, etc.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors; oversees badge management for site
  • Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
