Business Development Representative
Sandy Springs, GA
 $29.49 per hour- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and expand the business network.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copier, printer, and calculator.
  • Frequently communicates with clients and team members. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting, working indoors.
  • Occasionally required to attend outdoor events or client meetings.
  • Work near others and often share the same workspace.
