Our client, a leader in logistics solutions, seeks an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on client relationship management, strategic account planning, and driving business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is great at supporting existing accounts while offering additional solutions.
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be the primary contact for clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires 50-60 percent travel and is ideal for a sales-oriented professional with the ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience, logistics industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
