We are looking for a Warehouse Admin who excels in operating a forklift and possesses strong warehouse management skills. The Warehouse Administrator supports daily warehouse operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and external partners. This role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform daily administrative duties to support warehouse operations
Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipping, receiving, and timekeeping
Process inbound and outbound documentation (BOLs, packing slips, delivery logs)
Enter and update data in warehouse management systems (WMS) and spreadsheets
Monitor attendance, time punches, and assist with payroll documentation
Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, carriers, and vendors
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or documentation
Support audits and assist with corrective actions when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with WMS, ERP, or timekeeping systems preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Essential Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain stationary throughout the 8-10 hour shift
- Must be able to move material up to 50 lbs.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the warehouse and office to access cargo shipments and airwaybills.

Payrate: $20
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm
Off Days: Saturday and Sunday
