Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Inventory Project Associate to support a large-scale inventory initiative at our facility in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing, tracking, cataloging, and maintaining maintenance-related inventory to ensure accurate records and smooth facility operations.

Pay: $18.00/HR

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Audit and organize maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment
• Label and catalog inventory into tracking systems
• Conduct physical counts and compare results with system records
• Assist with the development of an improved inventory layout and storage system
• Identify missing or low-stock items and report needs to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous inventory, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
