Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a positive disposition, excellent organizational skills, and experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.

2. Efficiently filing paperwork and maintaining organized records.

3. Scanning Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and Material Test Reports (MTRs) for documentation purposes.

4. Receiving inventory into our system and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

5. Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting team members as needed.

 

Preferred Experience:

1. A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and records.

4. Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Previous administrative experience is highly preferred
