Job Title: Receptionist

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $15-16/hr

 

We are accepting resumes for an Receptionist for a local law office. Individual must be very organized and have excellent customer service skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

  • Assist clients with status checks, scheduling appoints, updates to their case, etc.

  • Make calls to clients reminding them of important information; appointment reminders, deadlines, etc

  • Assist the firm with maintain files, data entry, spreadsheets, etc

  • perform other administrative functions as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel

  • Experience working in a law office preferred

  • Experience working with social security & disability cases preferred
