Line Lead

Manpower is currently accepting applications for Line Lead Trainees. Opportunities available on all shifts, including weekend shifts. Do you have supervisory experience and are looking for a change? Manufacturing/Production experience is preferred, but strong leadership experience, regardless of the industry, is a must. These temp to hire opportunities offer excellent pay and benefits, including tuition assistance, upon hire-in. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.92, based on shift. Weekend shift pay is $19.52/hour.

Duties of the Line Lead position include:

• Working under some supervision

• Providing supervision and guidance to members of designated line/area

• Must ensure that Packers and Monitors on the line have the necessary knowledge to perform their jobs

• Inspect Line Workers' product

• Perform checks and tests, pull samples,and lead rework efforts as necessary

• Responsible for communicating all information between shifts and to Associates assigned to designated production area.

• Responsible for compliance and quality of designated area and those operating within it

• Must be ready and in attendance for the Line Leader Shift Communication meeting – held 15 minutes prior to each shift

• Conduct daily line huddle communication meeting, review all shift-to-shift communication and information
