Position Title: Mechanical Assembler 

Wage: $17.00 - $19.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Shift: Night Shift 3:30pm - 2:00am (Sun-Thurs)

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems, ensuring that all parts are accurately fitted and properly aligned. This role involves interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, using hand tools and machinery to assemble parts, and conducting quality checks to ensure each assembly meets specifications. Additionally, the assembler will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Assemble fabricated Metal Enclosure. Repair and rework assemblies efficiently while producing an output that is thorough and exact 

• Operate power/hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments used for assembly. 

• Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measure (SAE & Metric) and other written instructions or procedures. 

• Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection procedure guidelines 

• Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery 

• Support all areas of the production area as required 

Requirements:  

• Requires lifting and carrying up to 50lbs. 

• At least 1 years' experience as a Mechanical Assembler 

• Ability to stand for duration of shift 

• Must keep a clean and safe working station complying with procedures, rules & regulations. 

• Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
