Job Title: Erosion Control Supervisor

Location: Based out of Georgetown, TX

Pay: Up to $210 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45–50 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Erosion Control Supervisor to manage erosion and sediment control operations across multiple construction sites. This is a full-time, hands-on role requiring leadership, field coordination, and travel throughout Central Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate erosion control crews on active job sites
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications
• Install, inspect, and maintain erosion control measures (e.g., silt fences, wattles, berms)
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel
• Pick up and return the company vehicle daily from Georgetown, TX
• Travel to job sites as far south as San Antonio and throughout the surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Ability to pick up the company vehicle in Georgetown daily
• Previous experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction site supervision
• Ability to read site plans and follow project specifications
• Reliable, organized, and able to lead a field crew
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
