We are looking for an individual who is detail driven and organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, while at the same time, has a willingness and ability to easily shift and flex into various roles and responsibilities, as business needs evolve. This individual will need to enjoy and thrive on doing repetitive type of detailed clerical and administrative work assignments that can include printing, sorting and organizing hundreds of handouts and workbooks, but will also enjoy engaging with senior company leaders, team members and clients by answering questions and responding to administrative requests or by providing basic technical and administrative support at our live virtual sessions. The perfect candidate will be one who is service-oriented, and takes pride in contributing stellar accuracy in all of their work, and be an excellent team player who can support various areas of the company and represent the company with excitement, professionalism and candor.
Qualified candidates must have good work stability and have a minimum of 2 years office experience. Testing will be required for Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
