2^ndShift Powder Coating Supervisor

Rate: $25-30/hr

Hours: M-F, 3:45pm-12:45am (tentative)

Hamilton, OH

Responsibilities:

- Powder coat setup including changing powders, adjustments to powder guns, etc.

- 4 stage pretreatment wash system (titrations and maintaining proper chemical levels for optimum cleanliness and adhesion).

- Pretreatment oven and cure oven operation.

- Conformance with quality specifications.

- Packaging finished product according to specifications.

- Basic cleaning and upkeep of the machine and work area.

- Forklift operation.

Requirements:

- Will need to have powder coating experience as well as experience supervising teams of 3-6 people

- Operation of powder coat system consisting of a GEMA spray system

- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, and stack parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Steel toe boots/shoes (or equivalent) required

- Ability to work effectively as a member of the powder coat team to meet production goals
